- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★What a shambles the most simple thing a surgery can offer a patient is a repeat prescription service 48 hour turn around at the most. I was persuaded to agree to their electronic repeat prescription service, so I requested a repeat prescription from my nominated pharmacy ie Lalys over the road from the surgery, on Monday 10th December 2018 and was told it would be ready for me on Wednesday 12th December or Thursday 13th December, so I go into the pharmacy on Saturday 15th December 5 days after the request had been made to be told no my prescription has not arrived but if you would like to phone 111 they can arrange for a two day supply for you. What on earth is going on do these people not realise that patients have lives and wish to live them without constantly running back and forth to the pharmacy and only someone who has completely lost the plot would have anything to do with that 111 service you get more sense out of Noddy goes to Toyland we pay a lot of money for thise NHS service which at the moment is just not fit for practice.
