- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Told me the car was running fine after a test drive. I advised he could not have done a thorough test drive on which he replied well there wasnt enough fuel. Based on the faults I described they had carried out a gearbox service as he felt this was the cause of the faults described. I collected the car to find the faults were still there. I then had to spend more time, going back to the garage to take J**** for a test drive to show him the faults. He then advised it will cost £1500 to fix the faults, but will refund me the £400 I have just spent should I go ahead with the work. I did not have another £1100 to spend after the £400. I had to part x my vehicle and they would not provide a refund even though they admitted charging me for a diagnostic (which never happened) and carrying out a gearbox service unnecessarily. I do not recommend. Just take your money and dont fix your car!By maverick777, March 12, 2019
