- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Not worth a STAR it was a fluke getting through to Currys-PC World transferred me as I had rung the wrong number when transferred I was promptly hung up on.. I tried to ring Burrfields Ocean Park but turns out to be the same number ! Company wants to do a call back to see if there was good customer service Ha Ha I havent had anything Ive had poor service, poor aftersales, wish Id gone to Spec Savers to look on line for a lap top now. Seems to be theyve had your money and see ya.... Not happy Waiting 2 months for a repair Ive paid 60 quid for starters and still no lap top nothing, wasted a lot of money for poor customer service its disgusting keep me waiting. Disgraceful wish their Head Office could follow up on feed backs I do not recommend..By denisemariafield, September 09, 2018
